Kalisi T.K. Palu is from the friendly islands of Tonga. She grew up in beautiful Laie, Hawaii. After serving a mission in the Pennsylvania Philadelphia mission, she returned and completed her bachelor's degree at BYU-Hawaii. Her family relocated to Utah shortly thereafter and Utah has been her home for the last 20 years. Kalisi has worked in the student financial aid arena for many years and is passionate about helping students. She counts it a blessing to be working with so many of her great friends, and enjoys managing the OneStop Counseling Center. Kalisi received her master's degree in Public Administration from BYU in August 2016. She and her husband, Dr. Afa K. Palu, are parents to three handsome boys. She delights in spending time with her family, especially cheering on her boys in their educational and athletic events.
Darron Allred has been at BYU for 15 years. He started out in the Financial Aid Office back when the offices were all separate and worked there for 4 years. He then moved to the Admissions Office and worked there for 8 years, working almost exclusively with international students as the Coordinator of International Admissions. When the OneStop counseling center was opened, the international admission function was folded into the OneStop Counseling Center and Darron became a OneStop Counselor. Darron served a mission in Iceland. He and his wife Jodi are the parents of 11 children as a blended family and love the happy, crazy life they lead with so many children to love!

I grew up in Sandy, UT and then attended BYU where I earned my Bachelor's in Math Education. After teaching junior high for a couple years, I moved into higher education administration gaining valuable experience at a neighboring institution before returning to my almamater.
Brenton Jensen is originally from Mesa, Arizona, and has been working in higher education for over 5 years. Bridger Talbot is from Orem, Utah, and grew up as a BYU fan. After serving a mission in Mexico, he graduated from BYU with a bachelor's degree in Management with an emphasis in Strategy. While working on his degree, he began working in higher education in BYU’s Academic Support Office as a technical specialist. He also worked at UVU’s Graduation Office as an advisor. Ron has been employed with BYU since 1999. His first position was with the Marriott School at the Center for Entrepreneurship. Following four exciting years in the Tanner Building Ron transferred to the JSFB where he was an Academic Advisor for 10 years with the College of Humanities. Even though he merely crossed Campus Drive during this transition—he entered an entirely different world of the liberal arts, a world he extremely enjoyed working in and learning from. Since 2013 Ron has been working with SAAS. Ron currently values his position as a OneStop Counselor. Ron completed his undergraduate degree in Retail Merchandising, and earned a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) in 2003 from the Marriott School. Ron is married to Shelli, a former professional wedding caterer—now a member of the English faculty at BYU. Ron’s multi-talented wife teaches writing courses here on campus, teaches private violin lessons in their home where she also dabbles in costume design and construction for theater productions at their local high school, and at local professional theaters, and, of course—cosplay for Comic Con! Ron and his wife are the proud (and exhausted) parents of four teen-agers. Ron is a ‘foodie’, he has ran a few marathons, rarely watches any movies, is an avid DIY-er around his home, was recently awarded his city’s Beautification Award for landscape design and adores chocolate in any form.
